The conference featured nine committees, including the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (UNCSW), United Nations Security Council (UNSC), United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), World Health Organization (WHO), All India Political Parties Meet (AIPPM), International Press Corps (IPC), Indian Premier League (IPL) and The Fame Files. Each committee enabled delegates to debate, negotiate and collaborate on a range of national and international issues.
SPSMUN 3.0 was led by Secretary-General Asmi Khiwani, President Sanket, Deputy Secretary-General Ayushi, Director-General Navya, Chief of Staff Sagar, Convener Arshiya and SPSMUN Coordinator Mrs. Rupan Khanna Gosain. Their leadership and coordination ensured the smooth conduct of the conference across all three days.
The event began with an Opening Ceremony attended by delegates dressed in Western formals. The ceremony featured a Sufi performance followed by a Kathak Fusion presentation. Members of the school management addressed the gathering, encouraging delegates to uphold the principles of diplomacy, ethical leadership and global responsibility before the Secretary-General officially declared SPSMUN 3.0 open.
Throughout the conference, delegates participated in committee sessions involving speeches, strategic negotiations, moderated and unmoderated caucuses, policy drafting and discussions on diverse agendas. The event also included food and activity stalls, networking opportunities and a Social Night, providing participants with opportunities to interact beyond committee proceedings.
The conference concluded on the final day with delegates dressed in Indian traditional attire. The Closing Ceremony featured a live band performance and recognised outstanding delegates while honouring members of the Secretariat, Executive Board, coordinators and the Organising Committee for their contributions to the successful conduct of SPSMUN 3.0.
In the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (UNCSW), High Commendation awards were presented to India and Serbia. Special Mention awards went to Spain, Canada and Indonesia, while Verbal Mentions were awarded to the Central African Republic, Oman, Denmark and Germany.
In the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), Somalia-1 received the Best Delegate award. Russia and the United Kingdom secured High Commendation, Pakistan and the United States of America received Special Mention, Bahrain and Panama were awarded Honourable Mention, while Saudi Arabia and Israel received Verbal Mention.
The United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) recognised the United Arab Emirates as Best Delegate. Jamaica and the United States of America received High Commendation, Jordan and Bulgaria secured Special Mention, while Azerbaijan, South Africa, Bahrain and Myanmar received Verbal Mention.
In the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), Australia was named Best Delegate. High Commendation awards were presented to Turkmenistan and Pakistan, while Iceland, the United States of America and Belgium received Special Mention. Honourable Mention awards went to Azerbaijan, Cambodia and Serbia.
The World Health Organization (WHO) committee awarded Congo the Best Delegate honour. The United States of America and Germany received High Commendation, Azerbaijan and Bahrain earned Special Mention, while Vietnam, Afghanistan, Myanmar and Poland received Verbal Mention.
In the All India Political Parties Meet (AIPPM), Binoy Viswam was declared Best Delegate. Manmohan Singh and Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary received High Commendation, Subrata Bakshi secured Special Mention, while Priyanka Gandhi, Raghav Chadha and Smriti Irani received Verbal Mention.
The International Press Corps (IPC) recognised Prajna as Best Delegate in Journalism. In Photography, Girija received the Best Delegate award, while Avnoor and Anshika earned Special Mentions. In the Caricature category, Pranshu Vaid was declared Best Delegate, with Ganika Goyal and Kanav receiving Special Mentions.
In the Indian Premier League (IPL) committee, Gujarat Titans was named Best Team, Royal Challengers Bengaluru finished as Runners-up and Sunrisers Hyderabad received Special Mention.
The Fame Files committee recognised Miley Cyrus as Best Delegate. Kanye West received High Commendation, Kim Kardashian secured Special Mention, Taylor Swift was awarded Honourable Mention and Katy Perry received Verbal Mention.

The successful conclusion of SPSMUN 3.0 reinforced the conference's message that diplomacy extends beyond debate to listening, understanding, leadership and building bridges across perspectives. While the event has concluded, the friendships, experiences and values developed during the three-day conference are expected to remain with participants for years to come.
